We stand behind Mac Cleaner Lite with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Eligible Purchases

The following purchases are eligible for refunds:

  • Premium Monthly Subscription: First month only
  • Lifetime License: Within 14 days of purchase

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Provide a valid reason for refund request
  • No previous refunds requested for Mac Cleaner Lite
  • Account in good standing (no ToS violations)

Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Renewal payments after the first billing cycle
  • Partial months of subscription service
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include information:
    • Your email address used for purchase
    • Order/transaction ID
    • Reason for refund request
    • Purchase date (approximate)
  3. Wait for confirmation: We'll review and respond within 2-3 business days
  4. Receive refund: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Apple Pay: 5-10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please check with your financial institution for exact timing.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
  • You retain access until the period ends
  • No automatic refund for unused time
  • Cancel via Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel Plan

Before requesting a refund for technical issues, please:

  2. Allow us to troubleshoot the issue
  3. Ensure your Mac meets minimum requirements (macOS 13.0+)
  4. Try reinstalling the application

Most technical issues can be resolved quickly by our support team.

Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect:

  • Pattern of repeated refund requests
  • Fraudulent payment information
  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Abuse of refund policy
